Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread

33Kitchens is a family owned Burlington business specializing in vegan and gluten-free food. All of their sourdough is made with 100% organic gluten-free flours, a home grown organic quinoa starter and fresh well water.

All breads also use sprouted flours locally produced by Everspring Farms in a dedicated gluten-free facility in Seaforth, Ontario.

*All orders need to be in by Tuesday evening for weekend pickup or delivery.*

 Multi-grain & Seed Loaf: A mildly sour, dense multigrain and seed loaf made with a quinoa starter, sprouted millet flour, sprouted oat flour, sprouted quinoa flour, sprouted brown rice flour, sprouted flax seeds, rolled oats, quinoa and sprouted sunflower seeds.

Light White Loaf: A less dense but more sour loaf made with a quinoa starter, sprouted brown rice flour, sprouted chickpea (garbanzo bean) flour, sprouted sorghum flour and sprouted oat flour. 

Raisin Cinnamon Swirl Loaf: A cinnamon spiced loaf made with a quinoa starter, sprouted brown rice flour, sprouted quinoa flour, sprouted sorghum flour, sprouted oat flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon and Thompson raisins.

Seeded Dinner Rolls (6): Small rounds made with quinoa starter, sprouted brown rice flour, sprouted sorghum flour, sprouted oat flour, sesame seeds, sprouted sunflower seeds,  chia seeds and sprouted flax seeds.

Everything Bagels (6): A slightly airy hand rolled bagel made with a quinoa starter,  sprouted oat flour, sprouted quinoa flour, sprouted millet flour, sprouted brown rice flour, sprouted chickpea flour, apple sauce and molasses topped with a homemade blend of sesame seeds, minced garlic, minced onion and flaked salt.
