33Kitchens is a family owned Burlington business specializing in vegan and gluten-free food. All of their sourdough is made with 100% organic gluten-free flours, a home grown organic quinoa starter and fresh well water.
All breads also use sprouted flours locally produced by Everspring Farms in a dedicated gluten-free facility in Seaforth, Ontario.

Bite sized pieces of oven baked cauliflower battered with both a tempura style batter and sourdough breadcrumbs then tossed in homemade hot sriracha or teriyaki sauce.
