Sourdough: Wild yeast gives our sourdough a crispy exterior and soft bubbly crumb. Just as sourdough was intended to be.

Baguette: Our baguettes are made with time and care. Fermented over 12 hours and allowed to rise over a couple of hours. The crunchy exterior and light crumb doesn’t get any better.

Home Style White: There is nothing traditional about our white loaf. Soft and buttery, with a small chew. Perfect for everyday!

Whole Wheat rounds or loaves. A whole wheat loaf with just a hint of local honey and rich molasses. Dense crumb with a light taste. Rounds or loaves available.
