Our Bee Sippin’ Meads originated in the deep desire to have a warm toasty drink for cool nights.
Bochet Mead is a unique and delicious twist on traditional mead that originated as birthday wish from our beekeeper. It has a smooth and velvety texture, with notes of caramel, toffee, and dark fruit. Its sweetness is balanced by a subtle bitterness, making it a perfect complement to a wide variety of foods.
Spiced Sweet Apple is a delightful sweeter mead that harmoniously blends the lucscious sweetness of apples with a touch of spice, creating a unique and comforting flavour. Made with organic apples pressed on-site at the meadery, this is a traditional sweet mead. Spiced with warming spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove.
Number 22 is our signature barrel aged mead. Aged in oak barrels for over a year. It balances berries on the nose with a nutty, semi-dry woody flavour.
