With New Year’s Eve just a few days away I’m inspired to share recipes featuring this week’s items that are easy to make for your New Year’s Eve celebrations.
With many of us celebrating over the next few days I wanted to share some easy recipes you can serve your friends and family. Treat them to locally grown vegetables without spending hours preparing them. All recipes also have limited ingredients, many I’m sure you already have in your kitchen.

As the weather gets colder it has many of us craving those warm and delicious “comfort foods”. So, this week’s colder weather has inspired me to share some Easy Comfort Food recipes featuring items from this week’s bundle.
Fun Fact: Drawings of radishes found in Egyptian tombs can be traced back to 2000 BCE, and written texts from the Greek historian Herodotus also mention that Egyptians thought that radishes contained high energy due to their spicy, warming flavor. Pharaohs capitalized on this belief, and Black radishes were frequently fed to workers building the pyramids to sustain and increase energy levels.
