Indonesian Sumatra (Medium Roast) is an everyday favourite. Despite a subdued acidity the tastes are complex and intense, and the chocolate sweet flavour holds earthy undertones. Wet hulled. Cupping notes are herbal, sweet orange, full-bodied and balanced.
