Indonesian Sumatra (Medium Roast) is an everyday favourite. Despite a subdued acidity the tastes are complex and intense, and the chocolate sweet flavour holds earthy undertones. Wet hulled. Cupping notes are herbal, sweet orange, full-bodied and balanced.
Black Horse (Dark Roast)is fair trade organic coffee. 100% mild washed Arabica, hand picked Colombian beans. Fully washed, fermented, sun dried with no pesticides. Grown in high altitudes above 1400 ft.
