Grounded: A Movement, Mindfulness & Honey Experience

Slow down. Reconnect. Savour the moment.

Join Backed By Bees, Punto Wellness Club and Endless Therapy Lounge for a grounded morning of movement, mindfulness and meaningful conversation at the farm.

This two-hour experience begins with an accessible, Pilates-inspired movement session designed to help you reconnect with your body through core activation, mobility and mind-muscle connection. No previous Pilates or fitness experience is required.

Following the movement session, you’ll be guided through a mindful tasting of locally produced Backed By Bees honey. Using your five senses, you’ll explore its colour, aroma, texture and flavour while learning a simple mindfulness practice that can help you feel more present in everyday life.

The morning continues with an interactive conversation about slowing down, managing stress and building practical self-care habits. There will be opportunities to reflect, ask questions and engage with the facilitators before closing with time to connect, take photos and explore the Backed By Bees store.
